General term and conditions:

 

A winter sport activity is carried out at the risk and peril of the practitioner.

EDGAR MONTANT SKI uses all means to ensure the safety of its clients, but is no way responsible in the event of an accident due to the risks in the practice of a winter sports activity in the mountains.

The client is reponsible for himself , his equipement and must have his own insurance in case of personal or material damage.

The client must ensure that he or she is physically fit enough to practice a winter sport activity .

 

Booking and cancellation conditions :

 

Bookings are done by email and the full payment is requested at the time of the booking, by bank transfer.

The booking will be confirmed by email only when the transfer is effective.

In the case of cancellation more than fourteen days before the lessons: refund of 50% of the booking.

In case of cancellation within fourteen days before the booking : no refund.

No refund will be made by EDGAR MONTANT SKI for lessons not taken for any cases beyond its control.

EDGAR MONTANT SKI reserves the right to cancel a lesson, in part because of adverse weather conditions to an effective lesson or safety . In this case, the customer will be offered to move the lesson or refund the booking in full.
